Hi there! Hopefully you’re going through my page and learning a lot about chiropractic and how it can help you. I just wanted to write a bit about myself so you can get to know me too and feel free to shoot me any questions in the box below.
I graduated from Macquarie University in 2013 in Master’s of Chiropractic. To become qualified as a chiropractor we needed to complete 5 years of uni. 5 years does seem a long time, but enjoying the course and learning the human body in depth always kept it interesting.
People always ask why i got into chiropractic, and it’s a story i enjoy sharing. I’ve played soccer since as long as i could remember. From the age of 11 till now I’ve been playing the highest level soccer in the state so i was always picking up injuries around my back, hips, knees and ankles. Being surrounded by athletes and having a huge interest in sports i knew learning about the human body was something i wanted to get into. But why Chiropractic? I remember when i was 18 i was getting a lot of back and hip pain to the point where i couldn’t play soccer or any sports for weeks. I tried a few different treatments and nothing was really getting me better, till i went and saw a chiro (who was also my brother). He took a different approach than other health carers and combining treatments of soft tissue release and joint manipulations got me back into playing pain free the next week. Soon after I changed courses from Applied Science (sports and exercise) into Bachelor of Chiropractic degree at Macquarie Uni and never looked back!
I now love what I’m doing and love getting people out of pain and back into their hobbies as soon as possible.
